Team Centered Leadership
This course introduces many concepts that will help the team develop better communication and cohesiveness in order to turn counter-productive behaviors, attitudes and activities into those that are productive. From there it examines various aspects of the organization, and how individuals impact the overall success. In addition to effective communication principles, basic problem solving and continuous improvement process techniques are introduced. The course also discusses leadership qualities that can be groomed in everyone, and how they impact the company. The desired outcome for this course is a more engaged team with better understanding of the "big picture", and to arm participants with tools and skills that will allow them to make a positive impact on the future of the organization.
Effective Problem Solving & Continuous Process Improvement
Every organization has room for improvement and issues to resolve. Unfortunately, few people have been provided with the training to begin such a process. Also, many people lack the self-confidence to take on such a project. This course will provide an outline to follow to begin looking at every aspect of the organization with a critical eye for opportunities for improvement, and methods to evaluate proposed solutions.
Communicating for Success
The one thing that we as humans do more than anything else is also the one thing for which we typically have received the least training - Communication. This course provides participants with practical strategies to enhance their communication in every aspect of their lives. It explores why what constitues good communication for one person is not neccessarily good for the next person, and how to become more flexible in order to gain better understanding. The desired outcome of this course is to provide participants with new skills to improve communication in order to make their professional and personal lives more productive.
Communicating So That Your Customers Listen
Many sales and marketing courses tell participants how to communicate with patients and customers. What they often fail to recognize is that this communication is often not effective for everyone, nor is it natural for the person delivering it. This course focuses on how to improve communication with customers and patients based on your ability to garner information that will allow you to tailor your message to the individual's needs. Participants will learn how to improve the customer experience by recognizing individual communication preferences and how that impacts the relationship. This has led to dramatic improvement in sales by those that have effectively implemented the materials.
Conflict Avoidance, Management & Resolution
Other courses simply look at how to resolve conflict. We prefer to assist people to learn to avoid conflict, and solve problems in a productive manner. However, conflict happens. Thus, this course teaches participants how to manage conflict so that it does not manage them, and how to resolve conflict in a win-win manner. Participants will gain insights into the 5 levels of conflict and strategies for each of them.

This course provides guidance to both mentors and proteges in order to maximize the results of the process. Comprehensive Supervisory Skills
This in-depth program provides participants with the skills and tools needed to be an effective supervisor. The curriculum looks as at the various roles that a supervisor is called upon to play including change agent, manager, recruiter, coach, and team leader. The program includes many exercises, case studies and examples that can be customized for a specific industry or field.
Recruiting Analyst
Participants are provided with in-depth information regarding the recruitment process as well as the skills and tools required to implement the practices. The curriculum examines recruitment basics, and metrics to make the process more effective. Additionally participants learn how to perform an effective job analysis, how to filter applicants based on sound criteria, and effective interviewing techniques.
