Consultation

Our process helps you to develop your long range vision for the organization and develop a "road map" to achieve it. Support

Sometimes the most difficult part of implementing a new program or process enhancement is not letting the day-to-day demands preempt your efforts. Often a team will invest in training, but never have an opportunity to successfully implement that knowledge as they return to doing business as usual. We call this the "elastic syndrome". As a part of your team, PMG will assist you to maintain the balance required to implement enhancements, and to "brand" the training, programs and processes so that they are customized to fit your team's specific requirements.

Coaching

Our performance based coaching program will assist you to focus on your desired enhancements that benefit your organization and your career development. Your coach will work with you to create an action plan in order to assist you to develop new leadership and strategic thinking skills, to overcome obstacles, and assist you with problem-solving. Coaching can be performed in person, via the telephone, SKYPE or web-based. It can also be accomplished in conjunction with other training or as a stand alone activity.

Facilitation

PMG's certified facilitators will assist you to have productive meetings or events. Sometimes meetings get bogged down and the desired results are never reached. We can help you to overcome these barriers and ensure that the session is productive. If desired, we will also provide a written report of the session.

Mentoring Programs

PMG can assist your organization to develop a successful Mentoring program to achieve your strategic objectives. The programs can be internal to address such issues as knowledge succession, leadership development, and retention. Or the program can provide business-to-business mentoring to enhance the supply chain, or support supplier diversity and community development objectives.

Conflict Mediation

If you find that two or more individuals within your organization are no longer able to work together effectively, PMG can assist them. As you are aware, when this type of tension is present, the entire team can be disrupted. Our intervention assists the individuals through the process of stating the problem, developing solutions, and implementing the solutions in a win-win manner.
