One-on-One Leadership Development Training
Introduction
Pinnacle Management Group announces that it has launched a customized 4-hour, one-on-one Leadership Development Course (typically delivered in three sessions). The course is offered via the internet and can be arranged to accommodate your busy schedule. Because the class is customized for the specific participant, it is appropriate for individuals at any level in their leadership development.
Participants who schedule prior to April 1st will also receive the Leadership 360 Degree Assessment at no additional cost (a 125 value). The comprehensive report provides insights and actions for 5 leadership competency areas critical to leadership success.
The Leadership Course is a highly interactive hybrid of training, coaching, and consulting designed to provide the participant with real solutions that can be implemented immediately as well as practical exercises to assist in honing new skills. Because you work one-on-one with your trainer, the entire program focuses on you.
Course Outcomes
Due to the fact that the course is tailored for the specific participant, your session will be different from the one that we would design for your friend or colleague. Typical outcomes included in the session are:
Understanding your communication preferences and how they impact performance and relationships with others and steps that will assist you to achieve your desired outcomes;Strengths/weaknesses of the participant’s preferred leadership style and steps to take to achieve maximum results;Actions to take to make sustaining enhancements in key area(s) of leadership;Understand barriers to advancement and strategies to remove them.Assessments
The assessment process for this course is designed to get multiple points of information regarding the participant. This ensures that the training provides the maximum value and insights. The instruments that are utilized are:
• Leadership 360 Degree Assessment™ – This instrument measures key leadership areas from the perspective of the participant, his/her supervisor, peers, subordinates, and customers.
• Personality Style QuickScan™ ;
• Brief questionnaire completed by the participant.

Pinnacle Management Group is offering introductory pricing of 350 for those who schedule prior to April 1, 2010. They will also recieve the Leadership 360 Degree Assessment at no additional cost (a 125 value).
