Team Scorecard - Leadership 360's - QuickScan
Team Scorecard
Successful leaders have long understood the correlation between an engaged workforce and excellent financial performance. In fact, data indicates that this type of culture generates more sales, the ability to be nimble in an evolving marketplace, and greater return on investment. Furthermore, a fully engaged team results in reduced employee turnover and absenteeism, and enhanced quality and satisfaction.The question has always been how to baseline the factors that impact employee engagement so that efforts can be specifically targeted to those areas that will return the greatest results.
PMG developed the Team Scorecard for that purpose. The Team Scorecard is a comprehensive diagnostic tool that provides insights into the current environment as well as the environment that the team wishes to achieve. It employs an online opinion form completed by each participant; the results are then processed by PMG. The graphical representation of the various attributes provides a clear path which the team needs to take to progress from the current environment to the desired level of excellence as depicted in the report. It also provides an incisive view into the kind of training required for the shift to the desired level.
The Team Scorecard:
- Measures the 4 Human Elements:
The effectiveness of the team’s Communication
The level of Trust present
The degree to which the team is Alignment toward a common vision
How well the team utilizes resources in a continually improving manner to increase Productivity
A score is provided for each element as well as an overall Team Effectiveness Score.
Additionally, the Team Scorecard:
- Allows the using organization to improve ROI on training and development by focusing on specific areas of need. It can be utilized in conjunction with PMG’s training, or in-house training or another source. PMG will also train your trainer to deliver our curriculum and/or the Team Scorecard results.- Graphically shows the team where resources are being expended in support of the mission and vision, and where they are being spent to go in the wrong direction.- Creates immediate alignment for improvement, thus improving the training process.- Provides a quantifiable score of the current culture as well as for the environment that is desired as indicated by the team.
